Worst seller I have encountered for years.
Twice selling the same item - 'both as in stock' but they didn’t have.
First one bought on 30/4/24 then cancelled as it was OOS.
SECOND LISTING of the same item with a different listing number (& at a higher price)was purchased on 3/5/24 - NOW CANCELLED AS IT WAS ALSO OOS.
Did I get a refund the day after purchase ? NO
Did I get a refund when they found out later it was OOS? NO.
Refund made 7 DAYS LATER when it came time for posting.

Absolutely awful ebayer.
The item I received was completely different from the picture.
When I spoke to the seller about this they stated that the item sent was as described. However the description was vague and unclear. I asked the seller very politely if I could return the item to receive a refund and they rudely stated “sorry. No refunds”
I will be going through eBay to resolve this.
Why use a picture that doesn’t match the item?
