Seller sent item with no protection whatsoever. A single A4 sheet in a paper envelope. As a result, it arrived bent and creased all over, extremely damaged. Contacted explaining my concerns and asking for a replacement. Seller was incredibly rude in response. Told me the Post Office would laugh at me and thought I was expecting "Gold-plated lamination, hand embossed papyrus" instead of him sending it well-packaged. Don't purchase from this seller expecting your item to arrive in one piece!

Guy's a grifter. Made some stuff up. Demanded a free item. Had hissy fit when called out on it. What he's dishonestly refused to mention was that he was given a full refund. I refunded to get rid of him: I do wish I hadn't now. His behaviour's all on record and he's been reported to ebay: I've never been forced to do this before, so I don't know how rigorous they are at de-platforming rogue buyers. He may well get away with it.

Seller's reply is untrue. I did not ask for a refund, I asked for a replacement item which was not damaged. Messages are all on file - I was polite throughout, seller was abusive and leaving untrue comments implying that I was the problem. See my other feedback for evidence that I have never had problems with sellers before!
