Also stays cool not had ronput it in the fridge or freezer yet as it's still cold when I put it on. I would totally recommend this product and seller and as I say I will be buying another one. Also was really fast delivery. As I say product amazing for headaches, stress relief and just relaxing.

It's a pity it doesn't block the light out completely, you'll need something else to cover for that. And you have to make sure it's not too cold for the temples and eye sockets, but it's very cooling and refreshing on a hot day on the top of the head when you feel a headache coming. This might just avert a migraine. And at that price it's worth having around.
