Though jacket arrived quickly, taking off a point for using a simple plastic garbage bag to package and mail a delicate down jacket in. Not eco and potential for damage to item inside is higher than using a solid cardboard box. Otherwise, a good transaction.

Per the internet…Are Poly mailers bad for the environment?
Poly mailers are made of plastic. Plastic is harmful and is difficult and costly to recycle and most end up in landfill sites where they take around 300 years to photodegrade. They break down into tiny toxic particles that contaminate the soil and waterways and enter the food chain when animals accidentally ingest them. So, yes, poly mailers are bad for the environment just like all plastic.
