It arrived on the 1st day of the estimated delivery dates, after a public holiday. I was impressed. No damage during transit, and the DVD disc looked like new. I did contact the seller after finding out that what I got was a cd instead of a dvd as advertised. I was ok with it being just the cd as it was cheap and not a cd I had, so didn't request a refund. The seller contacted me immediately and refunded the price. That was not expected at all. Such good customer service
