Supplier's first 110V Hand Crank Generator shipment arrived severally damaged do to very rough handling . The shipping Carton had sever compression at one end and generator case was broken with metal handle jammed though top of case . Sent pictures in of container and broken case of Hand Crank Generator to supplier via eBay contact email to supplier.
The supplier sent another unit to replace the damaged unit. The second unit arrived in good condition in carton that was in good condition.
