Bought this to replace the terrible early version touch pad remote that came with the early SkyQ boxes. A quick simultaneous press and hold of buttons 1 & 3 and it connected immediately. Programming the Sky Q box with more than one remote is a little tricky. As soon as you programmed one the tv function on the other would stop working. Nothing wrong with the remote as it's a known problem. Did get there after googling for some advice.
