absolute nightmare, after i won the item we received a message saying "sorry the item is damaged" it was supposed to be brand new in the box?? that was almost a month ago and we still haven't received a refund? basically i was told to sort it myself???? i've never left negative feedback before but feel its just in this case, beware, i'v had to request ebay to get involved.
