Terrible customer service . Item said shipped Hermes . Item did not arrive on time . I contacted seller . First message no response. Second message all I got was confirm your name address. Eventually after numerous contacts. I explained they had sent item Royal Mail and had not payed enough postage. I had to pay this . Seller said he would refund me . But did not refund full amount. Extremely disappointed. You need to work on Your customer service .

FALSE CLAIM MADE BY THIS EBAYER
AS WE EXPLAINED WE SWITCHED COURIERS AND IT WAS NOT RIGHT FOR US SO WE HAVE NOW SWITCHED BACK AND WE SAID WE REFUND THE £3 AND WE DID BUT THEN CUSTOMER HAS PUT A CLAIM IN AND THEY HAVE GOT A FULL REFUND FROM EBAY - SO I THINK WE HAVE BEEN CONNED OUT BY THE EBAYER
