Unfortunately the seller shipped a slightly different size, listed item King - 220/230 which I needed & received 220/240 also so I was later informed was a King!?
Wanted correct size as 10cm not acceptable to me. Seller offered a partial refund of £8 which I declined and stated would prefer replacement. Needed to open a case with eBay as did not get response, to be fair was entering the Easter weekend, 3 days later without eBay stepping in I received a full refund.
