The item was sent in a bin bag. It was intercepted by the Royal Mail who repackaged it was damaged offered me compensation if it was damaged. It wasn’t but it didn’t smell new. It doesn’t seem very big and I was surprised to see 2 bunny ears on it which were not shown in the photograph.

I am sorry that you had some problems with your package. It was not wrapped in a bin liner but black plastic that I have often used in the past with no complaints. I can only apologise if it was damaged by Royal Mail. Thankfully they were prepared to compensate you if any damage was caused.The item was new and came with the tags in tact.It had not been worn.I cannot comment on the sizing that Marks and Spencer use.
