Well packaged, quick dispatch and delivery. I bought the Ruby XL Hd as I have Macular Degeneration along with Glaucoma and find it difficult reading etc. It was described as for repair due to needing a new battery. On arrival I checked the box, I couldn't find the charging cable, I ordered a charger from an online retailer. Plugged the charger in, and charged the battery. The magnifier is working perfectly.
