    PSA Inconsistency

    I purchased this PSA 8 1965 Topps Arch Matos card as an upgrade to the PSA 7 I already had. Unfortunately it is not nearly as nice as the PSA 7 of the same card. I wish PSA was more consistent in their grading! This was a disappointment!
