Then gave me a delivery date of 4/9 (after I initiated contact)item arrived damaged. Contacted seller providing pictures, they then accused me of damaging the board myself, then became extremely rude and insulting. Requested a replacement said it wasn't viable & added that I had managed to get the board for free!. This buyer is best avoided. Asked Ebay to intervene and received full refund. Thanks for your feedback, but the message doesn't read how it really happened. You accepted the board on delivery (delivered by our own driver), you then checked and signed for the goods as being ok. The driver then left and a number of hours later you started demanding replacements as the board was damaged. Ebay didn't intervene, i refunded the order from our side and stated that we wouldn't be sending a replacement board, saving the risk of going through the same scenario with you.

Refund on way with no issues but it’s delayed my trailer floor replacement by a week and a bit as I have to wait for refund before I reorder from somewhere else.
