I explained I can’t take it to a waste site due to its weight, their response was to send me paid postage! If I can’t get it to a waste site, I can’t get it to a Post Office! Their reply, leave it out with regular waste for Bin men to take! Which is never going to be collected!

The company immediately refunded me and told me I could keep the item/give it to a charity shop. I then found the item was not the wrong size! I contacted the company asking what was the best way to pay for it. The company kindly thanked me for my honesty and declined any payment. When things like this happen you find out which are good, honest sellers. I would definitely use this seller in the future.

As other people have already commented it was very difficult to get the glue off the lid having removed the RAK sticker even when using proper sticky stuff remover but that's a manufacturers problem and no reflection on the good service provided by this supplier.
