    Item received as described. There was some melting of the oil and leakagel in the package. I suggest an additional layer of protection such as plastic bag or bubble wrap baggie for the jar, especially as the temps start to rise. Overall, I'm pleased with the transaction and would purchase again from this seller.

    I did not receive the product and it probably did not leave the supplier's post office due to some problem. The supplier disclaims his responsibility that I will receive the product and says that his responsibility is only to send the product. Based on his behavior, this is a scam.

    Horrible seller threatened me after I asked for a refund due to the extremely long time it was taking them to ship my purchase. When I contacted them about why it was taking so long to ship they made the excuse that it was due other customers receiving contaminated cultures from them and leaving bad feedback. Luckily eBay stepped in and issued me a full refund. Avoid purchasing from them at all costs!!!!
