    The organiser is very nice, as described but better. It cleaned up beautifully with some saddle soap and elbow grease (why do sellers not clean items before putting them up for sale?). It arrived ahead of time and was pretty well, if oddly, packed. I would buy from this seller again — if it was another Filofax I would re-iterate best packing practice. Considering the cost of the item itself, I would hope for free postage.

They replied on 6th and said they had misplaced the tracking number but would dig it out and get back to me. Heard nothing so opened item not received. On 8th they added a tracking number and said they would contact royal mail to find out where it is. On 9th it arrived and the postage label had a created date of 7th. So they had never sent it at all. This was a one off item so its not like they had
