    This stuff really seems to help reduce EMFs. Lined the base of my bed, under my mattress, with this stuff and attached a length to my headboard. Seen a reduction in ear ringing throughout the night, not being woken up / disturbed by the sound of white noise due to pulsed, modulated radio frequency radiation from so many sources nowadays. My ears still ring due to constant bombardment, but definitely seen a reduction. Feel like I'm healing when I'm sleeping, which is what we're meant to do.

    Its a soft thin fabric with a nice feel thats slippy so slides in pockets easily. After cutting to size its a good idea to heat seal the edges to stop it fraying which it will do, fold the edges over before machine stitching . The Shielding works but was able to use a tv remote in the bag to change channels so could double up on layers for peace of mind. Tried the phone in a single layer bag & seems to block ok.

    Very happy with shield blankets, conduction is good (on test meter) and I imagine shielding good too. (Will test on my Trifield meter) Soft enough to try as a grounding sheet (under a cotton sheet) Yodel tracking caused concern (showing delivery a day earlier) but came next day and all good 👍 Would use again :-)
