    Thank you for your comments. Sorry to hear the book has disappointed. We didn't notice that there was a spot on the book that was "tendant un peu vers le moisi". Apologies for that. We have only recently started delivering outside the UK and did not anticipate that you would be charged a small customs charge for the book. We in fact underestimated the postage costs by £3. You are always within your rights to return an item if you feel it was described inaccurately. We are not refusing returns.
