I wanted to be returned. Then seller offered a reduced price. But this still no good as It wasn’t presentable as a gift, so I declined. Then seller issued a refund without the option to return. I asked seller for a return options 2 times, no response! Then I’ve noticed he blocked me from buying from his eBay! Sadly, a bad experience for me. The cap may have been scratched (we would not know this when processing the order), but this did not affect the perfume, so this can still be used by the buyer or to just pass on to someone else to use at no cost at all to the buyer as a full refund was given.
