A real shame, but to their credit the seller immediately issued a full refund. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again, I'd buy this pan and lid again if they'd had another for sale.

    Item was a secondhand copy of David Brindley's book "Richard Beauchamp: medieval England's greatest knight" (2001), which the seller stated was in Very Good condition. She provided clear photos, which persuaded me to buy her copy rather than the others available advertised with stock photos. The book was exactly as described and illustrated. It was adequately packed and sent promptly. I'd buy from her again. Five-star ratings accordingly (for the record, we didn't communicate directly).
