The dvd's storys are amazing so true to the bible. The dvd arrived perfect timing but when I opened the case the case that holds it all together was snapped and the dvd crash on top of each other very disappointed these cases are hard to find. Xxxxxx

I had heard about this series but didn’t get to see it on TV here in the UK (though I could’ve just missed it on cable somewhere) and I always enjoyed Roma Downey in the lovely series Touched By An Angel. Roma is one of the executive producers on this retelling of some important landmarks throughout the Bible. There are ten episodes and each is about 45 minutes so they are not long drawn out films but well made and seek to follow closely the real Bible narrative rather than interpreting it - which so often leads to controversial retelling.
