    Item as described. Quick shipping. Good transaction. My only little gripe is that it was packed into the shipping box a little tight. Could have been crushed very easily. There was a split on the upper left corner of the original packaging. It could have been there already. Not sure since it can’t be seen in the picture, but it does look like something that could have happened from being squeezed too tight in the shipping box. Still, it’s a nice item and the seller accepted my best offer.

Shoe inserts had very clearly been worn (bought our own replacements), UGGs had visible stainage on exterior (was aware of that on purchasing due to photos, thankfully was able to clean off). Even after waiting a week to allow them to respond, seller was completely silent. Watch out when buying.
