No where in the advert does it clearly – visibly – state that a separate (fairly complex) claim must be actioned with Bosch, and it takes 2 weeks to get the battery (if I do receive it). This looks like mis-represented advertising, even if somewhere buried in the fine print it says the battery is NOT included in the kit
