I inputted the tracking # they provided on all carrier sites & received an error msg. When I contacted the seller, they stated the package was “stuck” & would contact the carrier. Contacted the seller to get the tracking # again (maybe they wrote it incorrect) & what carrier they used to send the package, stated tracking # was given when purchased & didn’t tell me who the carrier was (USPS/UPS, FedEx, etc).
