    When I received my package, I immediately put it on a shelf to wait until my mom’s birthday. About 6 weeks went by and I opened it to wrap it and found it broken beyond repair. The seller had barely protected it in the box- no bubble wrap or extra padding other than some wrapping paper. I asked for a refund due to the poor shipping, but the seller was unwilling to discuss. I admit I should’ve opened it right away, but it wouldn’t have changed the fact that the seller sent it unprotected.
