The description says helicoil inserts, they are not. They are a solid steel insert more soild than the helicoil and more like the higher quality Time Sert. Unfortunately it was not suitable for my needs. I contacted the seller to arrange return and they have responded both promptly and and positively. I would use this seller again and would recommend them.
