My car was due to be repaired on 30th June using the part ordered. Upon contacting them they said it was only being posted out that day (30th). Explained car was due to be repaired that day and this would now cause me problems due to them delaying my order. They refused to reimburse me in any way and said return the part once it arrives (at my expense) and they will refund. Part only arrived 2nd July!
