Once I opened the royal mail packing there was another pack containing chocolates, which wasn't sealed and half of the chocolates were on the floor straight away, I didn't had any choice, i ended up throwing in the bin but i managed to save half packet atleast. Unfortunately there is no option to give less then 1 *. I would recommend to buy this from local grocery stores instead of buying from 24KARATCOCOA. Even Customer service is ZERO.
