It says the package is delivered but you get a message from them saying that the package was lost in delivery. They do refund, but there is something very weird and unusal going on. I ordered the same item 3 times, and it happened every time. I do not know why they give a tracking number for a package that fed ex says is delivered yet you never receive it and you get a refund.
