    Don’t use this seller. Item was late so I contacted seller. Seller just said wait for delivery. I then got an underpayment note from Royal Mail. I paid the fee and the item was from them. I finally got a refund but I have now bought from someone else and I still had to pay the fee. Small letter stamp is never going to be enough

    I was sad to get this feedback. As soon as we were made aware of the issue (A mistake we found out later in putting a small postage stamp on rather that a large postage stamp on the envelope) we were very apologetic and said we would look into what might have happened whilst being in continuous contact with the buyer through out the process. The issue was resolved quickly with the buyer asking and receiving a full refund. The buyer also kept the item...
