When received, I contacted the seller and they were fast to respond. Seller was generous and wanted to make it right. I asked to get a partial refund of the shipping amount and they agreed. It’s been days and no notification of partial refund for the amount agreed upon. Over all the packaging was with care. Good price. Figure is in good condition minus the tear of the sticker eye.
