    My circle cutter came earlier than expected. It's brand new in the sealed packaging. However, when I followed the directions to adjust the size of my circle, absolutely NOTHING happened! No matter how I tried the adjusting wheel wouldn't budge. I'd used one before and never had this problem. .... I contacted the seller, who admitted to knowing nothing about how the gadget worked and said I should send it back for a refund. So, my assessment is that the cutter is a dud, but the seller is great!
