    The product was new and well packed ,came with a few gifts like a nail file and charms .The shipping was slow, from Korea to NC took 2 weeks . Since I paid $17 just for shipping + product cost it would be nicer to get it faster . Overall great communication with seller and good quality product . Thank you.

    Seller did an outstanding job in a tough situation. Communications were stellar. Shipping was promptly started but took a bad turn in process. I'm in California and they shipped it to Pennsylvania, indicating that my 'order was delivered'. Well, no it wasn't. Long story but in the end I finally got it. No fault to the seller they did a good job. Buying anything from East Asia (S. Korea in this case) is dicy and will take a good bit of time.
