Gilbos were extremely good and handled the return without quibble and sent me a QR code which I showed to the lady in the Post Office who printed the label and gave me a receipt and that was that. Within 5 minutes I had an email saying a refund was being initiated. Very definitely in the M&S quaility of customer service. I can thoroughly recommend them as good honest traders.
