    Great alternative to cream of wheat

    If you love cream of wheat, but you have gluten issues or are allergic to wheat, this is a great alternative. This cereal cooks up quick. You can add some honey or prepare it with almond or other nut milks. I tried some with cheese and cauliflower for a lunch meal, it was excellent. It's smoother and drier than groats for those that have issues with texture. I definitely recommend this product.

    I am part of a “HELP YOUR DIABETES” (founder & CEO, Doctor J.Murray Hockings, TO REVERSE DIABETES VIA OPTIMAL METABOLIC FUNCTIONING primarily. I am prohibited Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat, etc. however CREAM OF BUCKWEAT was acceptable & recommended. Why exactly?—i am not certain, though i am mighty grateful. I had difficulty finding this product locally & was told that i could order in on line, & that the Pocono Brand was a favorite. Ebay made it accessible & so i ordered a Case of 6/13oz. Boxes & have not been disappointed. I enjoy it several times a week often, sometimes 3 times. 😊

    Not as good as Bob's Red Mill Organic Buckwheat cereal

    It seems a little more processed than the Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat cereal. Its OK, but I will definitely go back to the Bob's brand. For those of you who like a creamier texture to your cereal, this would be for you.
