- 1***7 (160)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseItem arrived damaged, so I refused delivery (item did not leave the van) I contacted the supplier to ask them to replace the item, the only option they gave was a partial refund of £20 (for a shelving unit that cost £109 and I don t have the shelving as it was returned) I was able to resolve the problem though E-Bay the seller did not entertain that they had done anything wrong and put all the blame on the delivery company .

The Seller cancelled order, they said it ‘was out of stock’, no message of explanation, the item was still listed at original price, the price was not disimilar to that at Costco anyway, I asked why the order had been cancelled, no reply, they subsequently increased the the price, still no reply. I understand people/companies make mistakes in listings, but please, just be honest and upfront as to why the ‘contract’ has not been honoured.
