Dovrebbe capire che in nessun momento le abbiamo sottratto l'articolo dicendo che è difettoso, in quanto si tratta di un articolo usato, non nuovo, soggetto a usura. Dal momento in cui l'articolo viene smontato e testato fino alla sua vendita passa del tempo, quindi in questo intervallo di tempo avrà subito dei danni. Non si preoccupi, chieda la restituzione dell'articolo e le rimborseremo l'acquisto.
