    Positive because the seller and I agreed on a good price in my opinion but my experience was disastrous due to this tariff war Canada and the US engaged in. This is not the fault of the seller. Cost me an additional $88 CDN in "special" tariff fees. No more shopping from US sellers until this madness ends . Oh and eBay's international shipping or USPS, whoever is at fault just sucks. It takes less time for me to receive things from Asia, Australia or Europe!

    In space no-one can hear you scream....!

    This is a model i've wanted for quite a while. I initially thought about acquiring the larger one but decided against it due to the costs involved, this seemed to be the better option. I'm still in the process of building but all-in-all its a nice piece of kit. At times i've felt like screaming (the really small parts) are so small.... The attention to detail is great, the amount of work it needs is really taxing my near arthritic hands but its do-able. Soon i'll begin the painting ...

    Bad instructions make for almost impossible built. Don't buy this from Mobius Models.

    The instructions tell us to incorrectly make the spine, which holds the storage modules, too long. I did not discover this until after the metal supprt rod was glued into the Command Sphere and Propulsion Block. Tried to take apart to figure out the problem, but broke parts in the process. Bought a 2nd model to figure out the problem and custom correct to complete the model. Messaged seller. Manufacturer is aware of the problem. Please do not sell this model until the problems are corrected.     Highly detailed kits simply don't get much better than this Space Odyssey masterpiece!

    Another excellent 2001: A Space Odyssey injection molded kit from Moebius Models. Like its others, it has beautifully detailed parts and a very detailed plan sheet that is second to none! A welcome addition to any science fiction spaceship model collection. A+ in every way!

    Excellent kit

    This is simply a great model of the Discovery. It fits together nicely and the detail is superb. The only negative thing I can say about it is that some of the detail parts are very small. This can be annoying at times during assembly but the end result is worth it.

    A bit small.

    its a nice enuf kit but Im not gonna build it, I have instead bought the 1-44 scale, much larger version of this ship. Makes it easier to install lighting and effects into the build. Thats the reason I did not give it top ratings. Its just too small to fully capture the impact of Discovery XD-1.
