The phone arrived on time but was not genuine, despite being advertised as such. I attempted to contact the seller but received no response. I then contacted eBay, who confirmed the item was counterfeit and advised that the seller likely will face account suspension. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this seller. The photo attached is a screenshot of the letter I sent with no response.

It did not arrive, nor was it ever recieved by Royal Mail (who they will set up a tracking number with to pretend it's been sent). I sent the seller a message, they claimed there was an issue and they were sending another. This was clearly never sent. It is now 29th July. No item, and no response to my requests for a refund or a tracking number. It appears to be either a scam seller or terrible service. Avoid!
