I'm sorry to see you've had a negative experience with us. As we discussed, sadly, there had been an issue with our shipment that affected multiple orders. As a gesture of goodwill, we sent out another flower bouquet to ensure it arrived to you to which you agreed and this would have increased the time taken to deliver to 11 days. We did not guarantee that the missing Bouqet would arrive, only that if it did, you were welcome to keep it to apologise for the delivery issue

We are also disappointed to see that a dispute was oepend claiming the package never arrived. Thankfully ebay daw that it was.
