    One Amazing lens

    I have owned a handful of other Tamron lenses over the past few years and have always been satisfied with them. Then came a desire to purchase a macro, so sought out the Tamron 90mm 2.8 VC macro and can not be happier with my selection. This lens is superb!! Optics are razor sharp both for stills and video, colors are fantastic and have great pop without being too saturated, and the VC is amazing. I am using on a Nikon D750 and the image quality is simply gorgeous. The internal focusing is, as always, a great thing as the lens barrel does not extend or move when focusing near to far, and adds to keeping the lens weather sealed with less to worry about as there are fewer external moving parts. The reviews of this lens hold true for it being up there with the best that Nikon has to ...

    Nice lens indeed!

    I've found this lens to be sharp and quiet, and not excessively heavy, so what more can one say! I've personally used it mainly for macro work to date, and it's done everything I've asked of it, and for additional clarity I use a tripod, and the images have been extremely satisfactory. Would I buy this lens again, most definitely!

    Superior Macro

    The things this lens has going for it are the sharpness, VC and distance from subject. I am using this on a DX crop sensor camera and I don't have to be on top of my subject like with the Nikon 40mm Micro Nikkor. It also makes a great portrait lens.
