    AVOID!! The item was NOT as described, an item was missing and who knows if it was used. I raised my concern expecting to hear back but I had to send a follow up. Maybe too busy to reply after 4 days?!? I sugested as discount rather than going to the hassle of sending back since I needed to use it!! They said it was too much and offered me £1 instead of £2 discount. At this point I am loosing my patience but just wanted to close this stupid waste of my time transaction. No reply, no discount...
