I contacted seller and he offered me £3 and to keep fascinator. I refused and he said to pay postage and he give me a refund. I refuse this and contacted EBay. They said he was sending a prepaid label which never arrived. They contacted him again and a prepaid label arrived from yodel. A week later no refund but EBay stepped in and sent a refund.

It was bought for a wedding and it came in a tiny little cellophane bag, wrapped, in bubble wrap and then in small postage bag. The feathers looked like the cat had chewed them and it was as flat as a pancake! I contacted the buyer and was offered £3 refund and I could keep this item.. 😂 I refused I’ve returned the item and now after asking me to post cheaply ie no tracking they want tracking details I’ve got eBay involved and received a full refund.
