    AVOID this seller if you actually want the item you are purchasing ! Seller advertises items he doesn't actually have ! Told me he was dispatching, days later, cancels my order ! Offered a totally different inflatable instead ! Water slide was for my sons birthday, I now have no main present for him. Seller tried to tell me the listing detailed the alternative inflatable and was just a mix up with the picture on his part. NO! I am not stupid, the listing detailed what I wanted, Inc product code!

    Hi, again, Apologies for the poor experience you had, when I realised I mixed up the ad, I offered an apology and a refund immediately. The other items you claim i "offered", I was showing which slide I got mixed up with and if you wanted that one. I am happy for negative feedback, it a learning opportunity, what is unacceptable is a false accusation that I advertise "items" (meaning more than 1) deliberately. I'm not the first to make a mistake and I'm sure I won't be the last. Be kind. Thanks
