The estimated delivery dates that Ebay display to buyers do not reflect the real handling & delivery time that we enter on the Ebay system.
We have been reporting this issue regularly to Ebay since 3rd November 2020 and we are assured it is being fixed "as a matter of urgency".

DELIVERY:
Due to size/weight/total value and other factors, we may occasionally need to UPGRADE the delivery service at our discretion.
The delivery service will never be downgraded. Because of this a signature may be required on delivery for any purchase.
Although most of our items are small enough to be scanned & posted through a letterbox without disturbing you or needing you to be in to accept the delivery, if for any reason delivery is not possible, the courier/Royal Mail may leave your order with a neighbour or in what they deem to be a safe place instead.
We cannot post to P.O. Box, BFPO, Parcel Forwarder/Storage/Parcel Unit/Locker addresses of any type, anywhere.
Multiple orders will be posted together whenever possible.
The express postage option applies to most, but not all UK postcodes.
Courier surcharges may apply to certain UK postcodes – please check with us before buying in any of these cases.
Whilst deliveries are normally fast, they can take up to 15 working days (UK) / 25 working days (International) if delayed. The 15 / 25 working day delivery times reflect the service that is included as part of this listing.
IMPORTANT:
Please be aware that early and/or false claims for non-receipt of an item or items without allowing the full advised delivery time in these Terms & Conditions to elapse may be reported to Ebay at our discretion for extortion & unreasonable buyer behaviour. Various actions can then be taken against the buyer's account including the blocking of future purchases.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at point of payment as it cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
International delivery only: Combining of postage costs is rarely necessary as all our postage charges are set at less than the actual cost so you will automatically save on every item purchased, not just additional items.
To get the maximum potential combined postage discount, please order everything you need in one transaction using the cart system.
If any further saving can be made we will automatically refund this back to you when the order is processed - please feel free to contact us for full details prior to purchase if required.

Deliveries to AUSTRALIA & CANADA must have the 'addressee identification reference number' included in the 'message to seller' box as you go through checkout. This is a requirement of your governments. Without it your delivery may be returned or destroyed for which we cannot be held responsible if you have not provided this information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your country will have specific requirements regarding the information required with your parcel, including the layout/order of the address. PART NUMBERS:
If the MPN (Manufacturers Part Number) box in the item specifics says ‘Does Not Apply’ the product may be part of an originally larger product, made up of multiple individual components or has been modified, altering it from how it was originally manufactured therefor in all of these cases there is no MPN in existence for the item as it is being sold.

VAT:
UK buyers: if a VAT invoice is required please message us through Ebay before or immediately after paying.
Non-UK buyers: From 01.07.2021 Ebay are legally classed as the 'Deemed Supplier' and they will handle everything to do with non-UK VAT so any VAT enquiries need to be directed to Ebay as we will unfortunately not be able to assist.

RETURNS:
Return costs and any import duty, taxes or associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Deliveries returned due to non-payment of fees will be refunded less our costs incurred.
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 14 working days after the day you receive the item. For this type of return please contact us via the 'contact seller' link from the item description page (please use 'other' as the subject) to let us know you need to return an item. Unused 'change of mind' returns are dealt with quickly and professionally.
For all returns we have to mention to buyers the following important details:
Please inform us prior to returning an item if the item has been damaged, modified, opened, or is in any way different to how it was advertised.
Warranty returns: On rare occasions it may be necessary for some products to be returned the the manufacturer for qualified expert assessment and/or repair. For claims that are accepted as being covered by warranty, postage costs between us (and the manufacturer if necessary) and for returning the item to the buyer will be covered by ourselves and/or the manufacturer.
If a fault with an item is found to have been caused by anything other than a manufacturing defect (for example water ingress, lack of cleaning or proper maintenance, being dropped, misuse etc) or if no fault is found with the item then no claim is possible/necessary, postage costs would therefore be the responsibility of the buyer (this mainly but not exclusively applies to items that have been used). We regularly take photographs and/or video footage of returns as they are received being checked.
