    Aside from that this can was exactly what I wanted at a fair price, what really needs praise is how the seller handled a shipping that went sideways. The spout that came with this can was damaged either in a warehouse or during shipping. I sent pictures of the damaged box and broken spout and asked how to proceed. With the information provided a replacement spout is on the way to be delivered tomorrow. Customer service like this is what creates return customers, of which I will be one.

    Wheel works great on a seven foot long six foot high wood fence gate. Rolls easy both ways. Install was a snap '' use your own hardware '' 5 stars... Should of bought one sooner.. No more fighting the gate to open or close it.... Very happy with it... From Grants Pass, Oregon..

    gate wheel assembly

    this item was made in china shows much weakness. it was rated at 200 pounds but the spring completely compresses at 90 pounds. my gate is around 195 pounds so it would barley roll open and the tire wont last long. this item is for a light weight gate.

    Good value needs Instructions

    The product looks good and the price is right. Figuring out how to use it presents a problem because there was no information with the item as to installation and spring strength for the initial setting. My driveway is not level and while I can adjust for the slope I am unsure of the spring travel on the wheel. Fighting a 200 pounds gate and not knowing what the wheel will do makes for a tough installation. So I recommend that the item come with some installation hints, otherwise it seems to be a great value
