Original tracking stated parcel not ready when courier arrived to pick up. The buyer had to then rearrange another collection which meant item didn’t ship until 23rd and it was meant to arrive no later than 24th. With this in mind seller could have upgraded shipping cost at their expense especially as I emailed regarding tracking. My item arrived too late for me to wear to an event.
