There was only one thermostat inside the bag instead of 4 so obviously three were stollen, I will be contacting Royal Mail to make a claim on Monday. The item was delivered on time so there’s no complaining towards the seller.

Seller said I can return the item so then I asked about the return postage as it should be covered by the seller to which I got no response. Responses overall were extremely slow or non-existent. Therefore, I had to take this up with eBay. Product seems ok but not as described and poor customer service. Just be wary and buy the single piece.
