I am using this product to add more protein to my diet. It has an array of vitamins and amino acids and 28 grams of protein per scoop. It is just what I was looking for and it also has probiotics for your digestive health. I take two scoops a day for 56 grams of protein, in addition to my meat protein intake. The only cons for me is that it has a gritty texture and the taste isn't good, but I can overlook that for the benefit factor. I spruce the taste up with beets power and half almond milk and half water. It cost a little more, but from a health perspective, it's well worth it.
